The Official Gazette Bureau announced today, Monday, October 27, 2025, the release of Issue No. (231) of the Palestinian Gazette.

This issue includes a collection of legislations, including:
• Constitutional Declaration No. (1) of 2025.
• Decree-Law No. (21) of 2025 concerning Electronic Commerce.
• Regulation No. (12) of 2025 on Fees for Testing, Analyzing, and Stamping Precious Metals and Related Licenses.
• Cabinet Decision No. (3) of 2025 granting a promotional discount on the payment of insurance premiums.

The electronic version of the Gazette is available on the Bureau’s website, and printed copies can be obtained from the Bureau’s headquarters.
