Issued by the Official Gazette Bureau

The Official Gazette Bureau published Issue (224) of the Official Gazette (Palestinian Gazette) today, Tuesday, March 25, 2025. The issue includes Decree No. (1) of 2025 amending Decree No. (16) of 2006 regulating the General Administration of Crossings and Borders, presidential decrees and instructions No. (3) of 2025 licensing training centers for medical and allied health professions, instructions No. (4) of 2025 licensing hyperbaric oxygen therapy units in medical centers, decisions related to preventing health hazards and waste collection fees, a number of court rulings, announcements, and inclusion lists.

The Official Gazette Bureau welcomes those interested in subscribing or renewing their existing subscriptions to contact the Office by contacting the Office or visiting its headquarters.

Excellent Issue (28) of the Official Gazette (Palestinian Gazette)

The Diwan of the Official Gazette issued on the 13th of April Excellent Issue (28) of the (Palestinian Gazette)

It contained a number of decrees by law, including Decree by Law No. (8) of 2023 AD regarding the publication of the Geneva Conventions and their additional annexes to which the State of Palestine has acceded, and Decree by Law No. (9) of 2023 AD regarding the publication of international humanitarian law agreements to which the State of Palestine has acceded, and two of presidential decisions.

The Chief of the Diwan of the Official Gazette, Reem Abu Al-Rub, pointed out that the (Excellent Issue) is issued non-periodically at the request of the competent authorities.
