The Diwan of the Official Gazette issued Issue (195) of the Official Gazette (Palestinian Gazette) on the 25th of October\2022

The head of the Office of the Official Gazette, a. Reem Abu Al-Rub pointed out that this issue included many legislations, as the issue included three decrees by law, six presidential decrees, and a system and regulations issued by the Council of Ministers, three ministerial decisions and instructions, four decisions issued by the Supreme Constitutional Court, and a decision issued by the judicial authority, in addition to judgments in absentia and judgments issued by magistrates’ courts, declarations and freezing lists.
